F Fair Usage Policy: All resources (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, storage) are subject to fair use. Activities causing degradation of shared environments may lead to throttling or suspension.

G Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

H Hosting Service Levels: We strive to provide 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance notices will be posted in advance.

I Intellectual Property: All logos, designs, and trademarks of FluxCloud remain our property. Customers retain ownership of their content hosted with us.

J Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

L Limitation of Liability: FluxCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.

M Misuse & Abuse: Spamming, phishing, DDoS, malware hosting, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

N Network Usage: Excessive use or attacks affecting our network may result in throttling or termination.

O Overdue Payments: Overdue accounts may be suspended after 3 days and terminated after 7 days. Late fees may apply.

P Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and protect your data as per our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Q Quotas: Resource quotas are listed with each plan. Exceeding quotas without prior approval may incur additional charges.

R Refund Policy: Refunds are available only within 48 hours (2 days) of purchase for valid reasons. No refunds are provided after 48 hours/2 days of purchase, except where required by law. , no refunds on services that have been purchased through coupen codes and Budget VPS Performance: Our Budget VPS plans (especially Budget India VPS) are offered at low cost and do not carry any performance guarantee. Performance may vary depending on server load and other factors. By purchasing a Budget VPS, you agree to this limitation.

R Refund Policy: In DDOS Protection service there is no refund provided by us if you paid once than you cant claim refund.

S Support: Technical support is provided via our support channels during posted hours. Emergency support is available for critical issues.

T Termination: FluxCloud may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or policy violations. Termination for cause does not entitle the customer to a refund.

U Uptime & Maintenance: We aim for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may temporarily affect services.

V Violations: We reserve the right to investigate and act on violations of these Terms. Law enforcement may be notified where required.

W Warranty Disclaimer: Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty. No performance guarantee is provided for budget VPS plans.

X eXport Restrictions: Users must comply with applicable export control laws for software or content hosted.

Y Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for the content you host and the actions performed on your account. You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Z Zero-Tolerance Policy: Zero tolerance for abusive behavior toward staff or other customers. Threats, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate service termination.
