Services are provisioned upon successful payment. You are responsible for managing your server and ensuring proper usage.

If issues arise, we provide support via our ticket system. Support is not guaranteed to be 24/7, but we aim to respond promptly.

🔐 Data Responsibility

We do not have access and are not permitted to access your private data. Your service data is your responsibility. We are not responsible for any data loss.

⚙️ Resource Usage

Our plans include fair-use CPU, RAM, and storage.

Abuse such as excessive resource usage, unauthorized hosting (e.g., file hosting, crypto mining), or ToS-violating content will lead to suspension without refund.

🤝 Community Rules

Respectful behavior is expected in all support and community channels.

Toxic behavior, threats, hate speech, or repeated spam may result in warnings, mutes, or bans.

✅ Refund Policy

We aim for customer satisfaction but also protect ourselves from misuse.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are allowed within 2 days of service delivery, only with a valid reason.

No refund will be provided:

• After 48 hours of activation.
• If the service has been fully provisioned and used.
• In case of resource abuse, rule violation, or toxic behavior toward staff.
• Due to heavy setup, custom plugin/resource use, or post-upgrade dissatisfaction.

✅ Abuse Clause

We maintain a professional support environment. Any form of abuse will be taken seriously.

Personal abuse toward staff, use of slurs, harassment, or repeated disrespect may result in service suspension and permanent bans.

Refunds will not be granted in response to abuse or threats. We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if you violate our terms, with or without prior notice.
