General Terms

By using FluxCloud services, you agree to follow our usage rules. Hosting malicious software, running abusive scripts, or exploiting server resources will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Payment Methods & Refund Policy

• Discord Payments: We accept manual payments via ticket support in our Discord server. Supported methods include:
  • UPI (India)
  • JazzCash, EasyPaisa (Pakistan)
  • bKash (Bangladesh)
• Website Payments: On our website, we securely accept payments through PayPal.
• Service Activation: Services are activated only after full payment confirmation.
• Refunds: Refunds are only available within 2 days for valid technical issues. No refunds for misuse, ToS violations, or abuse.

Privacy Policy

* We respect your privacy. Client data is never sold or shared, and is stored securely. We do not save payment card data. We comply with industry best practices to keep your info safe.

* Defaming on us or false alligation can lead for service suspension or ban

Abuse & Leaks

Leaking or redistributing any FluxCloud setup, scripts, designs, or products is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in legal action. Abusive behavior towards staff will result in an instant ban.

Data Responsibility

* Clients are responsible for backing up their own data. We provide tools for backups, but FluxCloud is not liable for loss due to service interruption or customer action.

* We do not provide service backup after suspension, the only way is to renew it
